A 9 year old spayed female DSH cat was presented due to  weight  loss for a month and acute vomiting.

There is air in the terminal colon outlining a  large soft tissue opacity.
A mass was removed from the terminal colon, which caused almost a complete obstruction of the lumen, There was also intussusception associated with this mass. The portion of the colon which contained the mass invaginated into the distal part of the colon (an unusual presentation).
Histopathology came back as a high grade T cell lymphoma
