History:
12 years old domestic long haired cat, male castrated. 6 months history of watery diarrhea with straining to defecate.
On rectal exam the mucosa was severely thickened.

findings:
An oval-shaped soft tissue mass is seen in the region of the sublumbar lymph nodes. This mass appears to be compressing the colonic wall.
The colon itself is moderately distended with feces.
The remainder of the abdomen shows no definitive abnormalities.
Diagnosis:
High grade T cell lymphoma.
